Is it possible/safe/wise to connect 2 (or more) zeroborg motor outputs in series to create a higher output voltage as you would do with batteries

We do NOT recommend doubling up the inputs like this.

While in theory this would work like it does with batteries, the way the board is controlled means that the outputs cannot be changed at exactly the same time.

There is also only limited protection for dealing with reverse powering caused by these timing differences.
